Fedcare Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Medical armbands and ID tags

  • Urinal bottles and bedpans

  • Mobility and care accessories that have been used

  • Any custom-engraved or personalised products


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We’ll assess the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if appropriate.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or version, please contact us within the 7-day return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
